Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Client” or “You”) and Burks Consultant, d.b.a. Deanna Burks Design (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).
By purchasing and accessing any product through deannaburks.com or its associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use this product.
1. Digital Product License
You are purchasing a digital product for download and use within your own business. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the product solely for your own internal business purposes. You may not:
Share, transfer, or sublicense this product to anyone else
Reproduce, resell, or distribute the product or any modified version
Claim the product or any of its contents as your own
Use the product in any illegal or unauthorized way
2. Intended Use & Requirements
This product is intended for use by individuals with a valid HoneyBook account. You are responsible for ensuring that your account meets the necessary requirements before purchase. Refunds will not be issued due to lack of compatibility or user access issues.
3. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
Re-sell or trade this product
Share your download with others who haven’t purchased it
Modify or reproduce the product for redistribution
Represent the product as your original creation
Use the product in violation of applicable laws
4. License Misuse
If you use the product outside the scope of this license (for example, by sharing, distributing, or reselling it), the Company reserves the right to:
Revoke your access to the product
Invoice you for additional licenses at a minimum of [$XX] per unauthorized use
Offer a one-time settlement for continued use, if appropriate
Pursue additional remedies as allowed by law (e.g., attorney’s fees or injunctive relief)
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All products, content, and related materials are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any rights of ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
6. No Guarantees
All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using our products.
7. Refund Policy

8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your license and access to the product at any time if you violate these terms. No refund will be provided in the event of termination.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
